Waiting on the Lord's Answer to a long standing question

Hello D.W.D.I. Family!

Happy Sunday! Okay, so yeah, remember that guy I wrote about? Well, okay, turns out we've had some misunderstandings and everything is okay for now.  It is difficult for me to just let go because I have strong feelings for him.  He seems to feel the same way.  I don't know what all will happen, but I do still plan to date other men and to take life one day at a time.  I seem to struggle with this when it comes to dating and when it comes to that stupid professional licensing exam.

Speaking of that awful exam, the result come out this week. I battle feelings of dread, anxiousness, and nausea when I think about the last time I was in this position.  It does not help that everyone in my family is waiting for those results along with me! I do not believe that God lied to me and I do believe I will pass it.  The question is when will I pass it.  It was worse this time around and I have no idea of how it went.  I am just tired of feeling like I cannot move forward and put school behind me (which was AWFUL, by the way) until I pass this exam.  But, all we need is a mustard seed of faith, for God keeps his promises and always follows through.  He has plans to prosper us, not to harm us.  We just have to remind ourselves of these things and take our walks with Him one day at a time.  I do not want to settle for any less than God has in store for me but some lessons take longer to learn than others.  So if you feel the same way, you are not alone.  I am here struggling right alone with you and we are in this together :-)

To remind ourselves of this, I am posting Wait on the Lord by Donnie McClurkin and Karen Clark Sheard and Walking by Mary Mary.  Enjoy!

Well, I will let you all enjoy the rest of your Sundays.  Take care.  Get lots of rest.  Keep in touch with God and with your loved ones.  TTYS, D.W.D.I. Family!

Love,
CCC
